Looking for a new drink recipe? Mood booster? Refreshing reward after a long day? Let this lavender-infused lemonade
Lemons and lavender are grown in abundance and can be easily found and enjoyed in many ways. Why not combine the two and enjoy them both at once. As an enthusiast for all things healthy, handmade and homemade, I highly recommend this pairing.
Lavender is infused with an abundance of health benefits on top of its pleasing aroma.
Drinking lavender may help to relieve stress, reduce indigestion, soothe headaches and promote restful sleep due to its anti-inflammatory components and polyphenols (a type of antioxidant). A natural remedy to simply include into your habits!
In addition to lavender’s benefits, we’ve crafted this recipe with a natural sugar substitute to create a healthier approach to old-fashioned lemonade.
Fill your mind, body and soul with a delightful lavender lemonade
And what better way to enjoy it than served in a handmade ceramic cup—head to the Good Dirt LA pottery studio near Culver City and Mar Vista to make your own for lasting enjoyment!
After all, everything tastes better when completely crafted by you and handmade with love.
