Which class is right for me?
Pottery Bootcamps
Our Pottery Boot Camps are an in-depth, structured introductions to basic wheel throwing and hand building techniques. This series is designed for absolute beginners, though continuing students also enjoy repeating bootcamps and can choose to work more independently. The comprehensive curriculum includes throwing and trimming pots on the wheel, adding surface decoration and handles, glazing and finishing your work.
Pottery Mixed Levels
Join our mixed-level classes where you'll learn from both instructors and classmates. These classes include skills like centering, throwing, trimming, and glazing. Our teachers will tailor the lessons to suit each student's skill level and interests. Unlike bootcamps, which are much more structured, mixed level series give students the opportunity to lead the trajectory of the class. Mixed levels classes are often more demo based aiming to give you a solid foundation so you can continue practicing independently.
Handbuilding Series
Want a more relaxing introduction to ceramics? Have a specific project idea in mind? Handuilding tends to have a less steep learning curve and is much more forgiving than learning the wheel. Our Handbuilding Pottery Class offers fun, hands-on introduction to pottery using techniques like pinch pots, slab mugs, coil building, and more! You’ll also explore surface decoration and glazing methods, to bring your ideas to life.

Cancellation Policy for Multi Week Courses
No refunds. You may cancel for full credit up until 10 days before the start of class.
One complimentary makeup class per session is included for 6-WEEK SERIES ONLY. Makeup classes must be scheduled within the session or during designated makeup times.
Please email katelyn.gdla@gmail.com BEFORE your missed class to schedule a makeup. If you can't attend a makeup class during the provided makeup times, you can receive $50 credit for one early cancellation. Credits don’t expire and can be used for any classes at our studio. Please note that when attending a make-up class, you will be joining a different group with a different teacher. That class may be working on a different project than your regular session. Our wonderful teachers will support you as best as possible while maintaining their predetermined class curriculum. *4-WEEK series DO NOT include makeup classes.
